fix: add valid wiki-links to FairScale entity, remove broken link
The FairScale entity had a broken wiki-link [[fairscale-liquidation-proposal]] pointing to a non-existent file. Replaced with links to the actual claim files that document the FairScale enforcement mechanism and ownership coin protection. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
