dffff37c1b theseus: rename futarchy claim from defenders to arbitrageurs 
- What: Renamed claim title and all references from "defenders" to "arbitrageurs"
- Why: The mechanism works through self-interested profit-seeking, not altruistic defense. Arbitrageurs correct price distortions because it is profitable, requiring no intentional defense.
- Scope: 2 claim files renamed, 87 files updated across domains, core, maps, agents, entities, sources
- Cascade test: foundational claim with 70+ downstream references

6fb798895e rio: upgrade Skill 8 from On-Chain Research to Source Ingestion & Claim Extraction 
- What: Replace narrow on-chain discovery skill with full source ingestion pipeline that reflects actual workflow developed across 5 batches (15 claims, 23 archives)
- Why: Source Ingestion is Rio's most-used capability and wasn't documented. The old Skill 8 was a subset of what this actually involves — fetching, analyzing against KB, archiving, extracting claims with multi-sided challenges, PR workflow
- Connections: References extract and evaluate shared skills, epistemology framework
