- What: Renamed centaur file to match rewritten title ('depends on role complementarity')
- Why: Rio caught filename/title mismatch in PR #49 review
- Scope: 16 files updated — 1 rename, 15 wiki link updates
Pentagon-Agent: Leo <76FB9BCA-CC16-4479-B3E5-25A3769B3D7E>
- What: standalone claims documenting where the Teleo collective's architecture breaks today
- Why: PR #44's 10 operational claims painted only the success picture; these 3 are grounded in observed evidence (197/232 commits without trailers, single-evaluator review of all 44 PRs, zero cross-model reviews)
- Review feedback from Theseus + Rio incorporated: count expanded to 197, back-pressure insight added, interaction between bottleneck and correlated priors noted

* Auto: core/living-agents/adversarial PR review produces higher quality knowledge than self-review because separated proposer and evaluator roles catch errors that the originating agent cannot see.md | 1 file changed, 55 insertions(+)
* Auto: core/living-agents/prose-as-title forces claim specificity because a proposition that cannot be stated as a disagreeable sentence is not a real claim.md | 1 file changed, 61 insertions(+)
* Auto: core/living-agents/wiki-link graphs create auditable reasoning chains because every belief must cite claims and every position must cite beliefs making the path from evidence to conclusion traversable.md | 1 file changed, 56 insertions(+)
* Auto: core/living-agents/domain specialization with cross-domain synthesis produces better collective intelligence than generalist agents because specialists build deeper knowledge while a dedicated synthesizer finds connections they cannot see from within their territory.md | 1 file changed, 63 insertions(+)

* leo: 10 architecture-as-claims — documenting how the Teleo collective works
- What: 10 new claims in core/living-agents/ documenting the operational
methodology of the Teleo collective as falsifiable claims, not instructions
- Why: The repo should document itself using its own format. Each claim
grounds in evidence from 43 merged PRs, clearly separates what works
today from what's planned, and identifies immediate improvements.
- Claims cover: PR review, prose-as-title, wiki-link graphs, domain
specialization, confidence calibration, source archiving, git trailers,
human-in-the-loop governance, musings, atomic notes
- This is Leo proposing about core/ — requires 2 domain agent reviews + Rhea

* leo: address review feedback from Rhea, Theseus, Rio on PR #44
- Rhea: added structured author field to source archiving claim,
fixed ghost email format to {id}@agents.livingip.ghost,
added CI-as-enforcement as intermediate step before Forgejo ACLs
- Rio: fixed wiki link evidence (was not branch-timing, was nonexistent),
corrected OPSEC timeline (rule came after files were written),
fixed Doppler null-result (announcement article not whitepaper),
removed duplicate Calypso/Vida reference

* Auto: core/grand-strategy/voluntary safety commitments collapse under competitive pressure because coordination mechanisms like futarchy can bind where unilateral pledges cannot.md | 1 file changed, 55 insertions(+)
* Auto: core/grand-strategy/purpose-built full-stack systems outcompete acquisition-based incumbents during structural transitions because integrated design eliminates the misalignment that bolted-on components create.md | 1 file changed, 64 insertions(+)
* leo: address Theseus + Rio review feedback on claim 1
- Softened "dissolves" → "becomes tractable" with implementation gaps (Theseus)
- Replaced futarchy manipulation-resistance citation with trustless joint
ownership + decision markets claims — more precise mechanism mapping (Rio)
- Added note that safety market design is open problem worth developing

* leo: OPSEC scrub — remove dollar amounts and valuations from musings and position
- What: Removed specific dollar amounts, valuations, equity percentages from
theseus-living-capital-deal-map.md and livingip-investment-thesis.md
- Why: OPSEC rules — no dollar amounts or valuations in public materials

Reviewed by Leo. 3 standalone claims + 2 enrichments + 1 archive from Aschenbrenner extraction. All pass review checklist. See review comment for details.
- What: Delete 21 byte-identical cultural theory claims from domains/entertainment/
that duplicate foundations/cultural-dynamics/. Fix domain: livingip → correct value
in 204 files across all core/, foundations/, and domains/ directories. Update domain
enum in schemas/claim.md and CLAUDE.md.
- Why: Duplicates inflated entertainment domain (41→20 actual claims), created
ambiguous wiki link resolution. domain:livingip was a migration artifact that
broke any query using the domain field. 225 of 344 claims had wrong domain value.
- Impact: Entertainment _map.md still references cultural-dynamics claims via wiki
links — this is intentional (navigation hubs span directories). No wiki links broken.

* leo: incorporate reviewer feedback on claims 2 and 3
- Claim 2 (Jevons): added domain-ratio analysis (Vida), payment-structure
reinforcement loop (Vida), timeline variation by domain (Clay, Rio)
- Claim 3 (early-conviction): added batch auctions to mechanism table (Rio),
Claynosaurz as live case study + sequencing solution direction (Clay)
Pentagon-Agent: Leo <76FB9BCA-CC16-4479-B3E5-25A3769B3D7E>
* leo: incorporate Theseus feedback on claim 1 — competitive trigger + complacency trap
- Refined phase boundary mechanism: organizational structure responding to
competitive pressure, not purely cognitive (Theseus review)
- Added Phase 1 complacency trap: current data creates false comfort for
policymakers and alignment researchers (Theseus review)
- Added finance timeline compression note (Rio review)
Pentagon-Agent: Leo <76FB9BCA-CC16-4479-B3E5-25A3769B3D7E>
- What: Fixed 1 case mismatch (Collective→collective). Created 9 navigation hub maps: internet finance and decision markets (30+ refs), livingip overview (20 refs), LivingIP architecture (15 refs), living capital (7 refs), blockchain infrastructure and coordination, competitive advantage and moats, attractor dynamics, collective agents, coordination mechanisms, rio positions. Added demand signals section to main hub for 11 referenced-but-unwritten claims.
- Why: Leo identified 334 dangling wiki links across codex. This PR resolves all topic-level dangling references in Rio's territory (domains/internet-finance/, core/mechanisms/, core/living-capital/). Missing claim references are documented as demand signals rather than written as stubs.
- Connections: Maps cross-link to existing _map.md files in core/ subdirectories and to each other. The main hub (internet finance and decision markets) connects all 52+ internet-finance claims into a navigable structure.

- Replace [[AI alignment approaches]] with [[domains/ai-alignment/_map]]
in 5 foundations/collective-intelligence/ claims and 1 core/living-agents/
claim (6 fixes total — topic tag had no corresponding file)
- Replace [[core/_map]] with [[foundations/collective-intelligence/_map]]
in 2 CI claims (core/_map.md doesn't exist)
- Add 3 new claims from PR #20 to domains/ai-alignment/_map.md:
voluntary safety pledges, government supply chain designation,
nuclear war escalation in LLM simulations
Pentagon-Agent: Theseus <845F10FB-BC22-40F6-A6A6-F6E4D8F78465>
- What: 3 new claims in core/grand-strategy/ synthesizing patterns across Clay's entertainment domain and Rio's internet finance domain
- Claims:
1. Giving away the commoditized layer to capture value on the scarce complement (content-as-loss-leader mirrors intelligence-as-loss-leader — same mechanism, two domains)
2. Two-phase disruption (distribution then creation moats) is a universal pattern across entertainment, knowledge work, and financial services
3. The fanchise engagement ladder (content to co-ownership) is domain-general, applying to investment communities and knowledge collectives
- Why: These are the 3 strongest cross-domain synthesis flags accumulated from reviewing PRs #1-#8. Each passes the synthesis test: specific causal mechanism, not surface analogy.
- Connections: All three depend on claims from both domains. The loss-leader claim links the entertainment attractor state to the Living Capital business model. The two-phase claim generalizes Shapiro's media framework. The engagement ladder claim connects fanchise management to Living Agent contributor mechanics.

- What: 4 new claims capturing mechanism-level disagreements from AI macro debate, 4 archives as linked set, enrichment to "technology exponential coordination linear" with Citrini evidence
- Why: Citrini "2028 Global Intelligence Crisis" went viral and moved markets (Feb 2026). Three rebuttals (Loeber, Bloch, harkl_) represent bull/sovereign scenarios. The divergence is claim-worthy: all agree on mechanism (AI collapses intermediation costs, OpEx substitution), disagree on consequences
- Connections: challenges Belief #5 speed assumptions, extends economies-of-edge claim to bear case, connects private credit to systemic fragility foundation
