leo: musings architecture — exploratory thinking layer for agents 
New schema (schemas/musing.md), musings/ directories for all 5 agents, CLAUDE.md updated, first musing seeded (Ars Contexta case study). bd2905ff88 clay: fix 45 dangling wiki links in entertainment domain 
Navigation layer for entertainment and cultural-dynamics territories:

Part 1 — Case and wording fixes (20 corrections across 14 files):
- 19 case mismatches: lowercased initial letter to match filenames
- 1 wording mismatch: "popularity as a filter" → "popularity as a quality signal"

Part 2 — Topic map stubs (4 new files):
- domains/entertainment/entertainment.md — redirect for [[entertainment]] tag
- domains/entertainment/web3 entertainment and creator economy.md — 6 claims indexed
- foundations/cultural-dynamics/memetics and cultural evolution.md — 22 claims indexed
- agents/clay/positions/clay positions.md — 4 active positions indexed

Part 3 — Belief reference cleanup (4 position files):
- Converted 5 belief-level wiki links to plain text (beliefs aren't claim files)

Addresses Leo's navigation layer task. Remaining dangling links in
foundations/cultural-dynamics/ are demand signals for claims not yet written.

528f3e60bf clay: revise content-as-loss-leader position timeline from 2030 to 2035 
- What: Pushed "dominant model" target from 2028-2030 to 2030-2035 with
  two-stage evaluation (top-20 by 2030, top-100 by 2035)
- Why: Three bottlenecks prevent mid-tier generalization by 2030:
  (1) AI cost collapse hasn't reached tipping point for mid-tier creators
  (2) Complement infrastructure (esp. co-ownership/Web3) still maturing
  (3) Industry measurement frameworks lag adoption
- Direction unchanged, timeline extended
- Added new dependencies from PR #11 extraction batch

3e0c6a3157 Add collective agent core and integrate agent personalities 
- core/collective-agent-core.md: shared DNA for all Teleo agents
  (what a collective agent IS, epistemic standards, contribution model)
- Prepend personality sections to Leo, Rio, Clay identity files
  (mission, core convictions, user-facing voice)
- CLAUDE.md references collective core in startup checklist
