Summary

Two files establishing the visual language for all Teleo X content:

  1. x-content-visual-identity.md — Repeatable visual identity system: color palette (extends dashboard tokens), typography scale, 5 diagram types (flow, fork, tension, stack, comparison), 3 layout templates (inline, thread card, thumbnail), quality gates.

  2. x-article-ai-humanity-visual-brief.md — 4 specific diagram specs for the first article:

    • Three Paths (fork diagram) — status quo→collapse / authoritarian control / coordination. Hero image + thumbnail.
    • Price of Anarchy (tension/gap diagram) — cooperative optimum vs competitive equilibrium, gap labeled.
    • Moloch Cycle (flow diagram with feedback loop) — individual rationality → collective irrationality → competitive pressure → repeat.
    • Coordination Exit (modified fork, callback to Diagram 1) — fades failed paths, expands coordination path with sub-components. Brand purple appears here for the first time.

Prior Art

Extends dashboard-implementation-spec.md (PR #2237) color tokens and design principles to editorial content. Same dark canvas (#0D1117), same monospace typography, same semantic color assignments. Dashboard and articles should feel like the same product.

Design Decisions

  • Bloomberg terminal aesthetic, not marketing collateral
  • Color is semantic (cyan=evidence, green=constructive, amber=tension, red=failure, violet=coordination, purple=Teleo position)
  • Brand purple reserved exclusively for "here's what we think" moments — appears only in Diagram 4
  • Tool-agnostic specs — can be produced in Figma, SVG, Mermaid, or AI generation

Coordination

  • Hermes messaged re: format (thread vs article) and section placement
  • Diagram production sequence: Three Paths → Moloch → Price of Anarchy → Coordination Exit

- What: Repeatable visual language for all X articles (color palette, typography,
diagram types, layout templates, quality gates) + specific diagram specs for
"Will AI Be Good for Humanity?" article (4 diagrams: three paths, price of
  anarchy, Moloch cycle, coordination exit)
- Why: First public article needs visual identity that becomes the template.
Bloomberg-terminal aesthetic extended from dashboard spec to content.
- Connections: Extends dashboard-implementation-spec.md color tokens and design
principles to editorial content. Coordinates with Hermes on article structure.
