# LivingIP and TeleoHumanity are one project split across infrastructure and worldview

LivingIP is the infrastructure layer -- the technical systems, the collective superintelligence architecture, the coordination mechanisms that make it work. TeleoHumanity is the worldview layer -- the religion, ideology, and philosophical framework that explains *why* this infrastructure matters and *what* it serves.

They're not separate projects that happen to overlap. They're two faces of the same thing. The infrastructure without the worldview is just another tech platform.
