Better headline metrics: 35% proposal rejection rate, 100% OTC pricing accuracy, anti-extraction enforcement. 15x stays as evidence, stops being the headline. - Connections: Updated wiki links in metadao.md entity, solomon decision record, and capital concentration claim.
