Browse source 
- Align the skill-pack manifest with the committed .agents/skills layout so worker onboarding points at the real files.

- Preserve the existing skill pack and evidence references without changing runtime behavior or production DB state.

- Verify the Hermes leoclean skill surface test passes after the path correction.
