Details
sync VPS state: portfolio dashboard + fetch_coins.py 
Pull live app.py from VPS to close 243-line drift. Add portfolio
dashboard (renamed from v2), portfolio nav link, and fetch_coins.py
(daily cron script for ownership coin data). Delete stale lib/ copy.
