Summary

Repeatable visual identity system for all Teleo X articles + specific visual brief for "Will AI Be Good for Humanity?" article.

Two fixes from Leo's PR #2271 review:

  1. Diagram 3 arrows: "animated feel (dashed?)" → concrete static treatment: "dash pattern (4px dash, 4px gap)" with rationale
  2. Diagram 3 bottom strip: "the trap: every actor is rational, the system is insane" → "the trap: individual rationality produces collective irrationality" (analytical register matching D1/D2/D4)

Extends dashboard design tokens (PR #2237). Same hex values, same semantic color assignments.
