What This PR Actually Does

The branch name and source archive suggest a narrow extraction: one MetaDAO OTC trade with Colosseum. In reality, this PR has two distinct parts:

  1. Three new files (the actual extraction): entities/internet-finance/colosseum.md, entities/internet-finance/metadao-otc-trade-colosseum.md, and a debug artifact.
  2. ~200+ modified files (a sweeping wiki-link transformation) across every domain including ai-alignment: removing [[...]] syntax from Topics sections, Source citations, and in several cases from within body prose itself.

These should probably be separate PRs. The formatting transformation dwarfs the extraction and makes it hard to review either cleanly.

The Wiki-Link Removal: Concern

The bulk change converts [[domains/ai-alignment/_map]] to domains/ai-alignment/_map everywhere in Topics sections. In Obsidian/wiki-link convention, [[...]] is the navigation and graph edge syntax. Stripping it breaks link traversal.

More concerning: several ai-alignment files had wiki links removed from within body prose, not just Topics/footer sections. In persistent irreducible disagreement.md:

- [[Universal alignment is mathematically impossible...]]  →  plain text
- [[Pluralistic alignment must accommodate irreducibly diverse values...]]  →  plain text
- [[Collective intelligence within a purpose-driven community...]]  →  plain text

And in Relevant Notes:

- [[paradigm choice cannot be settled by logic and experiment alone...]]  →  plain text
- [[resistance to paradigm change is structurally productive...]]  →  plain text

These aren't cosmetic — they're semantic graph edges. Removing [[]] from inline body prose severs the navigability of the argument. The same pattern appears in anthropomorphizing AI agents... (body link removed) and several others.

If there's a deliberate reason for this transformation (e.g., a renderer that doesn't support wiki syntax, a transition to a different link format), it needs to be explained in the PR body. As written, the PR body describes only the OTC trade extraction — the formatting transformation is undocumented.

Source citation changes ([[2026-02-00-international-ai-safety-report-2026]] → bare slug) are less critical since Sources aren't navigable wiki links, but inconsistency with the rest of the KB's source citation style is a maintenance issue.

The New Entity Files (the actual extraction)

colosseum.md and metadao-otc-trade-colosseum.md are well-formed. The mechanism details are accurate: TWAP pricing cap, 5/7 multisig structure, Streamflow linear vest. The Autocrat link in metadao-otc-trade-colosseum.md correctly traces to the existing claim.

One unsupported assertion: "This represents MetaDAO's second major OTC deal following the Pantera Capital proposal (which failed)." The Pantera Capital reference doesn't appear in the source archive and I don't see a corresponding entity in the KB. If it's in the KB somewhere, link it; if not, this needs a source or should be removed.

The extraction_notes in the archive correctly notes no novel claims about futarchy mechanisms were extracted (TWAP and multisig are established patterns). That call is right — these are entity records, not claim extractions.

Two PRs in one

This PR bundles two unrelated changes:

  1. Entity extraction (the stated purpose): New Colosseum entity, new OTC trade decision_market entity, MetaDAO timeline update, source archive update. Clean, well-structured extraction work.
