1. Enrichment injected inside YAML frontmatter

domains/internet-finance/futarchy-governed-meme-coins-attract-speculative-capital-at-scale.md — the challenge enrichment was inserted between created: 2026-03-04 (line 8) and the closing --- (line 15). This places markdown content inside the YAML frontmatter block, breaking any parser that processes these files. The enrichment must go after the closing ---, in the document body.

2. Mass wiki-link stripping across ~150 files — undescribed and out of scope

~298 wiki-link bracket pairs ([[...]]) were removed across 150 domain, entity, and foundation files. These removals hit:

  • Topics sections ([[domains/ai-alignment/_map]] → domains/ai-alignment/_map)
  • Source references (*Source: [[...]] | → *Source: ... |)
  • Some Relevant Notes links
  • Inline body text references (including pipe-link syntax that breaks: [[futarchy proposal...|proposal auction mechanisms]] → bare text with dangling |)

This is a structural change to the knowledge base graph. Wiki links are semantic graph edges (per CLAUDE.md design principles). Removing them degrades discoverability and breaks tooling that traverses [[links]]. This change:

  • Was not mentioned in the commit message
  • Is not related to the Futardio extraction
  • Affects every domain, not just internet-finance
  • Appears to be an accidental side effect of the extraction tooling

This alone warrants request_changes. The wiki-link stripping must be reverted. If there's a deliberate reason to change link syntax, it should be a separate PR with its own rationale.

3. Two of three planned enrichments not applied

The extraction debug JSON planned three enrichments:

  1. Challenge to futarchy-governed-meme-coins-attract-speculative-capital-at-scale.md — applied (but in wrong location, see #1)
  2. Extend to futarchy-adoption-faces-friction...md — NOT applied (only existing wiki-links were stripped)
  3. Extend to MetaDAOs-futarchy-implementation-shows-limited-trading-volume...md — NOT applied (file not changed at all)

The source archive's enrichments_applied field only lists 1 of 3, consistent with the missing applications. But the extraction_notes describe all three as if applied. Incomplete extraction.

4. Timeline entries break chronological order

In both entities/internet-finance/metadao.md and entities/internet-finance/futardio.md, the Aug 2024 events were appended after 2025/2026 entries:

- **2025-01-30** — metadao-otc-trade-theia-2 passed...
- **2024-08-14** — metadao-create-futardio proposed...  ← out of order

Timeline entries should be chronologically sorted.

5. Entity file mismatch

entities/internet-finance/metadao-create-futardio.md already exists and describes a different proposal — a November 2024 minimal one-sentence proposal ("Futardio is a great idea and needs to happen") with proposal account zN9Uft1z.... The extraction debug JSON planned to overwrite this with the August 2024 Nallok/Proph3t proposal (account J57DcV2y...), but the file wasn't actually changed.

Result: the timeline entries in metadao.md and futardio.md link to [[metadao-create-futardio]] and describe the August proposal (with Nallok, Proph3t, $100k), but the entity file describes the November proposal (unknown proposer, no budget). The KB now has contradictory information about the same entity reference.

This needs resolution — either create a separate entity file for the August proposal, or update the existing entity to cover both proposals (noting they're distinct governance decisions about the same concept).

Minor Issues

  • entities/internet-finance/nasaa.md — only change is adding created: 2026-03-15. Unrelated to extraction; should be in a separate commit.
  • Source archive status set to enrichment but should probably be processed given the entity was created and enrichments were planned (even if incompletely applied).
  • The broken pipe-link in futarchy adoption faces friction...md (futarchy proposal frequency must be controlled through auction mechanisms to prevent attention overload|proposal auction mechanisms matter) lost its wiki-link syntax, making the pipe character appear as literal text.

What's Good

The extraction concept is sound. The Futardio origin story — MetaDAO's own futarchy rejecting a memecoin launchpad on reputational grounds, only for Futardio to launch later with better specification — is genuinely valuable KB content. The challenge enrichment to the meme-coins claim adds important counter-evidence. The extraction notes correctly identify that this source is better captured as enrichments and entities rather than new claims.
