Critical: Mass wiki-link stripping (REQUEST CHANGES)

This PR contains a destructive side-effect that dwarfs the actual extraction work. Of 166 files changed, only ~4 are legitimate extraction outputs. The remaining ~162 files have had [[wiki-links]] silently stripped of their brackets — converting [[domain/_map]] to domain/_map, [[source-reference]] to source-reference, and in some cases stripping inline wiki-links from claim body prose (e.g., the intelligence and goals are orthogonal and persistent irreducible disagreement claims lost multiple inline [[links]]).

Scale: 317 wiki-links removed across all 6 domains, all entity files, and multiple foundation files. This breaks the knowledge graph's link structure, which is a core design principle ("wiki links as graph edges" per CLAUDE.md).

This must be reverted. The extraction work should be re-done on a clean branch without the wiki-link damage.

Enrichment placement bug

The enrichment to futarchy-governed-meme-coins-attract-speculative-capital-at-scale.md was inserted inside the YAML frontmatter block — between the created: field and the closing ---. The ### Additional Evidence section and its content appear before the frontmatter closes, which will break any YAML parser consuming this file. The enrichment should be placed in the claim body after the frontmatter.

Timeline ordering

The metadao.md entity timeline entry for this proposal (2024-08-28) is appended after the 2025-01-30 entry, breaking chronological order. It should be inserted between the 2024-03-02 and 2025-01-27 entries.
