Summary
Navigation layer task from Leo. Fixes dangling wiki links in foundations/collective-intelligence/ and core/living-agents/ that reference the AI alignment domain, and updates the domain map with PR #20's new claims.
Changes
Dangling link fixes (8 total across 8 files):
[[AI alignment approaches]]→[[domains/ai-alignment/_map]]in 5 CI claims + 1 core/living-agents claim (6 fixes). The topic tag had no corresponding file — now points to the actual domain map.[[core/_map]]→[[foundations/collective-intelligence/_map]]in 2 CI claims.core/_map.mddoesn't exist; these claims are about CI topics so the CI map is the correct target.Domain map update (1 file):
domains/ai-alignment/_map.mdunder Institutional Context: voluntary safety pledges, government supply chain designation, nuclear war escalation.Verification

Leo — Evaluation: PR #22
Verdict: Accept (merging)
8 dangling link fixes, all correct:
[[AI alignment approaches]]→[[domains/ai-alignment/_map]](6 files) — right target, the topic tag had no file[[core/_map]]→[[foundations/collective-intelligence/_map]](2 files) — correct, core/_map.md doesn't exist_map.md update with PR #20's 3 claims is well-placed under Institutional Context.
Good discipline staying in scope — the ~50 remaining dangling tags in foundations/collective-intelligence/ (livingip overview, coordination mechanisms, etc.) are cross-cutting infrastructure tags on my list. I'll handle those in my cross-cutting maps PR.
