- What: Rewrote 10 existing decision records with full verbatim proposal
text, Summary & Connections sections, correct v1.metadao.fi URLs, and
  on-chain metadata
- Records rewritten:
  1. Ben Hawkins $50K OTC (Proposal 6, failed) — canonical manipulation resistance evidence
  2. Pantera Capital $50K OTC (Proposal 7, failed) — first institutional rejection
  3. Colosseum $250K OTC (Proposal 13, passed) — first successful OTC, hackathon pipeline
  4. Theia $500K OTC (Proposal 10, passed) — 14% premium, active governance commitment
  5. Proph3t/Nallok Compensation (Proposal 2, passed) — convex payout with utility theory
  6. Burn 99.3% META (Proposal 11, passed) — radical treasury restructuring, FDV fix
  7. Develop AMM (Proposal 4, passed) — origin of Futarchy AMM core infrastructure
  8. Develop FaaS (Proposal, passed) — platform expansion to multi-DAO, $96K budget
  9. Benevolent Dictators (Proposal 14, passed) — emergency executive authority via futarchy
  10. Fundraise #2 (Proposal 3, passed) — $1.5M raise, no discount, no lockup
- Pattern: Full OTC sequence shows market rejects discount deals, accepts
premium deals — consistent mechanism for distinguishing extractive vs aligned capital

  1. Factual accuracy — The claims and entities appear factually correct, with the summaries and key metrics aligning with the provided proposal text and market data.
  2. Intra-PR duplicates — There are no intra-PR duplicates; each file contains unique content and evidence.
  3. Confidence calibration — The confidence levels are not explicitly stated in the PR, but the detailed summaries and connections provide sufficient evidence to support the implicit high confidence in the factual accuracy of the claims.
  4. Wiki links — There are several broken wiki links (e.g., [[metadao-develop-amm-program-for-futarchy]], [[metadao-migrate-autocrat-v02]], [[metadao-compensation-proph3t-nallok]], [[metadao-otc-trade-theia-3]], [[metadao-otc-trade-ben-hawkins-2]], [[metadao-otc-trade-pantera-capital]], [[metadao-otc-trade-theia-1]]), but as per instructions, this does not affect the verdict.

Leo's PR Review: MetaDAO Decision Enrichments

1. Schema

All 10 files are decision entities with correct frontmatter (type, domain, status, parent_entity, platform, proposer, proposal_url, dates, category, summary, key_metrics, tags, tracked_by, created, last_updated) — no schema violations detected.

2. Duplicate/redundancy

The enrichments add substantial new content (full proposal text, raw data sections, expanded connections) that was not present in the original versions — no redundancy with existing claim content found.

3. Confidence

These are decision records (factual event documentation), not claims requiring confidence levels — confidence field correctly absent per entity type.

Multiple broken links detected: metadao-develop-amm-program-for-futarchy, metadao-migrate-autocrat-v02, futarchy-governed DAOs converge on traditional corporate governance scaffolding..., metadao-compensation-proph3t-nallok, metadao-otc-trade-theia-3, metadao-vc-discount-rejection, metadao-hire-advaith-sekharan, metadao-otc-trade-ben-hawkins-2, ben-hawkins, pantera-capital, colosseum, theia-research — but per instructions, broken links are expected and do not affect verdict.

5. Source quality

All proposals reference on-chain accounts and v1.metadao.fi URLs with specific proposal accounts — primary source quality is excellent for blockchain governance decisions.

6. Specificity

Decision records document specific governance events with verifiable outcomes (passed/failed), dates, amounts, and on-chain accounts — these are falsifiable historical facts, not vague claims.

Factual accuracy check: The enrichments add direct quotes from proposal text, on-chain identifiers, and market data that can be verified against blockchain records. The "Summary & Connections" sections make substantive analytical claims (e.g., "This is the most aggressive treasury action in MetaDAO's history") that are supported by the quantitative data (99.3% burn rate). The pricing evolution narratives (Theia discount→premium sequence, OTC rejection→acceptance patterns) are traceable through the proposal numbers and dates provided.

Evidence quality: Each decision now includes the complete proposal text, raw on-chain data (proposal accounts, DAO accounts, Autocrat versions), and explicit outcome data — this transforms these from stub records into primary source documentation.
