Critical Issue: Mass Wiki Link Breakage

This PR strips [[wiki links]] from ~317 lines across 160+ files, replacing them with plain text. Only ~6 wiki-linked lines survive. This is a knowledge base–breaking side effect that has nothing to do with the extraction.

Examples of damage:

  • [[domains/ai-alignment/_map]] → domains/ai-alignment/_map (across every ai-alignment claim)
  • [[MetaDAO]] → MetaDAO (across multiple entities)
  • [[2026-02-00-international-ai-safety-report-2026]] → plain text (source references in Additional Evidence sections)
  • [[Boardy AI voice-first networking...]] → plain text (Relevant Notes sections)
  • [[insert-coin-labs]] → insert-coin-labs (entity frontmatter parent_entity fields)

Wiki links are graph edges per CLAUDE.md design principles. Stripping them destroys the knowledge graph's navigability. This affects files across all 5 domains and the entities directory — far outside the scope of a single Futardio proposal extraction.

This alone requires changes to be requested. The extraction content itself is fine; the collateral wiki link damage is not.

Extraction Assessment

The actual extraction work is reasonable:

  • No new claims — correct call. A failed proposal with no trading data doesn't warrant new claims.
  • Two enrichments to existing MetaDAO claims (Autocrat implementation + limited volume) — both are "confirm" type with appropriate evidence.
  • Entity created for futardio-proposal-3 — sensible.
  • Source archive updated — though the frontmatter has duplicate processed_by and processed_date fields (lines 11-13 vs 17-18) and conflicting status values (enrichment in YAML vs processed in debug JSON).

Minor Issues (fix alongside the wiki link revert)

  1. Futardio timeline out of order. The 2024-07-04 entry was appended after March 2026 entries. It should be the earliest entry in the timeline.

  2. Enrichment evidence is thin. The "confirm" enrichment on the Autocrat claim says the 4-day lifecycle "confirms the three-day settlement window" — but 4 days ≠ 3 days. The evidence actually shows the window may be longer than the claim title states, or at minimum doesn't confirm the "three-day" framing. This should be noted as "extend" rather than "confirm," or the evidence text should acknowledge the discrepancy.

  3. Volume enrichment infers from absence. "No recorded trading volume data in the structured output" doesn't prove minimal participation — the data source may simply not include volume fields. The evidence text should hedge: "absence of volume metrics in available metadata suggests but does not confirm minimal participation."

  4. NASAA entity gets a created: 2026-03-15 field added — unrelated to this extraction. Keep PRs scoped.
