What this PR does

Archives a single Futardio source (MetaDAO proposal #8: swap $150k USDC into ISC stablecoin, failed 2024-11-03) and creates one entity file. No claims extracted — correctly identified as a null-result source.

Duplicate Entity File

This is the blocking issue. The PR adds:

entities/internet-finance/metadao-swap-150k-isc.md

But that entity already exists at:

entities/internet-finance/metadao-swap-150k-into-isc.md

Both files document the same event — MetaDAO proposal #8, same proposal URL, same proposer, same dates, same outcome. The pre-existing metadao-swap-150k-into-isc.md is actually the better file: it includes three hypotheses for why the proposal failed (market skepticism, risk aversion, proposer conflict-of-interest), and links to [[MetaDAOs futarchy implementation shows limited trading volume in uncontested decisions]] — a genuinely useful connection to an existing KB claim.
