Scope: 164 files changed (1 new, 163 modified), null-result extraction from Coal emission proposal

Extraction Assessment

The source is a straightforward futarchy governance proposal (Coal token emission halving). Rio correctly identified this as null-result — the mechanism is already covered by existing claims on dynamic performance-based token minting. The entity files for Coal and the proposal already exist on main from a prior PR. The source archive update (frontmatter enrichment, key facts, status change to null-result) is clean and well-documented. Debug JSON is fine to include.

No issues with the extraction itself.

Critical Problem: Mass Wiki-Link Stripping

This PR strips [[...]] wiki-link brackets from 317 links across 163 files that are unrelated to the Coal extraction. This is the dominant change in the PR and it is destructive to the knowledge graph.

What was removed

Three categories of links had brackets stripped:

Domain-specific concerns (ai-alignment)

The ai-alignment files affected include 20+ existing claims. The changes are cosmetic (link format) but the incorrect de-linking of valid wiki links damages graph connectivity in ways that compound: future agents reading safe AI development requires building alignment mechanisms... will no longer follow the link to the source report that provided the counter-evidence (Anthropic RSP rollback). The provenance chain breaks silently.

The [[AI alignment approaches]] topic link in persistent irreducible disagreement.md was also converted to plain text. Whether this file exists or not, topic links are navigation infrastructure — removing them degrades discoverability across the domain.
