# Git3
|
|
|
|
Git3 is infrastructure that brings Git repositories on-chain, enabling code ownership, censorship resistance, and monetization through the x402 protocol. Repositories are stored permanently on the Irys blockchain as NFTs, with each repository becoming a unique on-chain asset.
|
|
|
|
The project uses a "vampire attack" strategy through GitHub Actions integration, allowing developers to maintain existing workflows while gaining blockchain benefits without switching tools.
