## Market & Differentiation
|
|
|
|
**Target market:** On-chain gaming on Solana. GambleFi. Web3-native players.
|
|
|
|
**The problem:** Most web3 game studios ship one game, raise money, and disappear. Or they build tokenomics so complex that the team ends up serving the token, not the players.
|
|
|
|
**Our edge:**
|
|
- Already shipping. One game live, three in the pipeline, one game per month cadence.
|
|
- Studio model, not a single-game bet. Every game feeds the same ecosystem.
|
|
- $INSERT represents ownership of the studio, not in-game credits. Revenue flows back to holders.

- Open API in the roadmap means external devs can plug their games into our casino, exactly like web2 platforms do, but on-chain and permissionless.
