## Overview

Sanctum is a Solana DeFi protocol that adopted futarchy governance through MetaDAO's Autocrat program. The project launched its governance system in early 2025 with an explicitly educational first proposal (CLOUD-0) to familiarize the community with futarchy mechanics.
