# Rabid Racers
Rabid Racers is a racing game built natively on Solana with fully on-chain tournaments, prize pools, and asset ownership. The project raised through MetaDAO's Unruggable ICO platform, using futarchy-based governance where prediction markets control treasury allocation and the DAO LLC structure provides token holders with legal IP ownership from day one.

- [[futarchy-based fundraising creates regulatory separation because there are no beneficial owners and investment decisions emerge from market forces not centralized control]] — uses this governance model
