MycoRealms attempted to build a futarchy-governed climate-controlled mushroom production facility, representing the first application of MetaDAO's prediction market governance to physical agricultural infrastructure. The governance structure separated team operational control from treasury access: the team would receive a fixed $10,000 monthly allowance, while any expenditure beyond that (including the first $50,000 CAPEX proposal for infrastructure) would require futarchy approval through decision markets. All operational data (invoices, expenses, harvest records, photos) was planned to be published to Arweave for full transparency.

Team tokens (3M, 18.9% of supply) were structured with performance-based unlocking at 2x/4x/8x/16x/32x ICO price multiples, evaluated via 3-month TWAP with an 18-month minimum cliff.
