The knowledge industry -- how humanity produces, validates, synthesizes, distributes, and applies understanding -- is being restructured. AI is commoditizing generation (anyone can produce fluent text on any topic). The internet already commoditized distribution (anyone can publish anything). What Would Change My Mind
