MycoRealms

MycoRealms is the first futarchy-governed physical infrastructure project, raising capital to build and operate a climate-controlled mushroom production facility in India. The project uses MetaDAO's futarchy system for all major capital deployment decisions, with the team operating on a fixed monthly allowance and requiring market approval for CAPEX expenditures.

The governance model prevents direct treasury access — all spending beyond the $10K monthly allowance requires futarchy proposal approval. Operational transparency is enforced through a public ledger on Arweave publishing all invoices, expenses, harvest records, and photos.

Team tokens (3M, 18.9% of supply) are performance-locked with unlocks at 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, and 32x ICO price multiples, evaluated via 3-month TWAP with 18-month minimum cliff.
